    • One private session per week

    • Simple weekly action (or “homework”) to maintain momentum

    • Limited voice-note support between sessions

    • Accountability

    • A final action plan to create sustainable progress

  • Timelines depend on your coaching need. I typically meet with clients anywhere between one month or even over one year. This all depends on your personal goals.
